Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
Effective September 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how FlightVerify ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use our pilot logbook audit and flight-experience interpretation service. Optional advertising measurement is controlled by the separate choice described below.
Information we may process
Account information. Name, email address, and authentication or account identifiers used to create and manage your account.
Pilot and logbook information. Electronic logbook data you upload, including aircraft information, flight entries, flight-time fields, and any remarks or context present in the uploaded source, together with normalized and analyzed flight records derived from it.
Pilot-provided context. Clarification answers, notes, and other context you supply to FlightVerify.
Analysis information. Audit findings, experience totals, qualification and currency determinations, regulatory analysis, resume reconciliation information, and generated reports.
Payment information. Payments are processed through Stripe. FlightVerify may retain transaction identifiers, status, and payment metadata reasonably necessary to manage access, refunds, security, and records. FlightVerify does not store full credit-card numbers.
Technical information. Information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, diagnose, and maintain the service.
How we use information
- To provide FlightVerify and its features.
- To authenticate accounts.
- To import and analyze pilot records.
- To generate audits and reports.
- To manage purchases and access.
- To provide support.
- To detect and prevent abuse or security issues.
- To maintain and improve reliability.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate the service, including:
- Base44 — application hosting, platform, and infrastructure.
- Stripe — payment processing.
Additional service providers may be used only as reasonably necessary to operate the service.
Optional advertising measurement
If you allow ad measurement, we load the Google Ads tag to help attribute purchases to our advertising. Google may process advertising cookies, click identifiers, technical information such as browser and network information, and purchase information including the transaction identifier, value, and currency.
Our purchase conversion event does not include uploaded logbooks, flight-time totals, clarification answers, names, or email addresses. We do not enable personalized advertising through this integration.
You can decline without affecting your access or purchases. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days, and you can change it below. We honor a browser Global Privacy Control signal by keeping optional ad measurement off. Declining stops future purchase events from this integration; it does not undo information already sent while permission was granted.
Essential account, payment, security and operational records are separate from this optional Google Ads measurement. Learn more about how Google uses information from partner sites.
We do not sell your logbook data
FlightVerify does not sell pilot logbook data.
Data retention
FlightVerify retains account, logbook, audit, report, and related information as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain user-requested historical reports, secure the platform, and meet legal and business obligations.
You may request deletion of your information. Payment and transaction records may be retained where reasonably necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute and refund handling, and legal or compliance obligations. Backups may persist for a limited period after deletion before normal rotation and removal.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is retained.
Your data requests
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or privacy assistance with your information by contacting support@flight-verify.com. Identity verification may be required before we act on a request.
Security
