Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Effective August 27, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of FlightVerify. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Service description

FlightVerify provides a self-service logbook software audit and flight-experience analysis, with discrepancy explanations and clarification of ambiguous entries.

FlightVerify is not the pilot's official logbook, a replacement for an electronic or paper logbook, an FAA service, an airline or employer service, legal advice, or an official FAA, employer, or examiner determination.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for:

  • The accuracy and completeness of information you provide.
  • Maintaining your official logbook.
  • Reviewing FlightVerify results.
  • Correcting your source records when appropriate.
  • Confirming requirements with the applicable FAA authority, examiner, employer, recruiter, or other decision-maker.

Analysis limitations

FlightVerify is designed to identify missing context rather than invent it. However, no software analysis can guarantee that every record, regulatory interpretation, edge case, or source-data issue will be detected.

Supported rules

Regulatory analysis applies only to the supported rule modules and the information available to FlightVerify. Final legal and acceptance decisions remain with the appropriate authority, employer, or examiner.

Account use

Your account is personal to you. You must protect your login credentials and may not share access in a way intended to avoid purchasing the service. Abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or security-threatening use may result in suspension.

Purchase

The current product is the FlightVerify Comprehensive Audit, a $149 one-time purchase that includes 30 days of full FlightVerify access beginning from the verified successful payment time.

Access includes the supported features available during the window. Generated historical reports remain available according to the product design. No ongoing subscription is required for the $149 audit.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your source pilot and logbook information. FlightVerify retains ownership of its software, audit methodology, interface, report templates, rule implementations, branding, and related product intellectual property. You receive the right to use and download reports produced for your own professional and personal purposes.

Prohibited use

You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape or reverse engineer where prohibited by law, use the service fraudulently, or use another user's account without authorization.

Availability

The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, failures, or updates.

Disclaimer

FlightVerify is provided as an analytical and support service and does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or appropriate for every aviation or regulatory circumstance.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlightVerify is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on the service.

Termination

FlightVerify may suspend access for fraud, abuse, security threats, or material violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes

These Terms may be updated prospectively. The effective date shown above should be reviewed for the current version.
